Diego SEO provides digital SEO services including technical SEO, link building, content production, local SEO, and search visibility audits. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product or in-person attendance is included unless separately agreed in writing.
Orders are placed through this website. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Your order is confirmed when payment is received. We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where applicable.
Project kickoff begins within 24 business hours of confirmed payment. Delivery timelines depend on the service purchased and are communicated at project start. Digital deliverables are provided via email or a shared document link.
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests for access or information within 5 business days, and not use our work in a manner that violates applicable law or Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to all deliverables produced for your project. We retain the right to reference the project type (not client name or confidential data) in our portfolio.
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control including search engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, and website technical issues. We make no guarantee of specific ranking positions or traffic volumes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Essen, Germany, where permitted by applicable law.
