Because SEO services require significant time investment from the first day, our refund policy is structured around the stage of project delivery. We aim to be fair and clear.
If you cancel your order before we have sent the project kickoff email and started any work, you are entitled to a full refund. Email us at hello@diego-seo.com with your order reference and we will process the refund within 5 business days.
If you cancel after project kickoff but before 50% of the agreed deliverables have been completed, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the purchase price.
After 50% of deliverables are completed, no refund is available. This reflects the time-based nature of SEO services.
If we are unable to start your project within 5 business days of confirmed payment through no fault of yours, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the above. If technical errors in our checkout process result in duplicate charges, the duplicate will be refunded immediately.
Email hello@diego-seo.com with your order email, order date, and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Stripe refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 banking days.
